One year ago, DARA officially opened its doors.

Since then, we have awarded 32 PhD fellowships, welcomed our first cohort of fellows, launched new fellowship calls, and begun building a research community that spans disciplines and institutions across Denmark.

In this message, Managing Director Philip Hallenborg reflects on DARA's first year, the remarkable talent we have attracted, the outstanding researchers who have applied to DARA and the opportunities ahead.

Thank you to our fellows, partners, reviewers, committees, Board of Directors, and the Novo Nordisk Foundation for being part of the journey.
