The DARA Secretariat is the central coordination unit of the PhD Academy, supporting its strategic and day to-day operations and coordination between the governing bodies, fellows, and stakeholders.

The Board of Directors is the core of the academy's governance structure.
The Board provides strategic direction, responsible for achieving the academy’s long-term goals, ensuring the effective implementation of strategic initiatives, and overseeing activity performance.
The Ecosystem Committee shapes DARA’s annual activities by uniting researchers and stakeholders, ensuring relevance and quality.
It strengthens the national research community through seminars, symposia, and training courses.
